Initiative and Oversight Services

The problems of the members arising from local and central governments are identified, initiatives are taken against the restrictions arising from the state that create obstacles for the industrialists, the opinions and suggestions of the members are carried to local and central governments in the process of preparing documents such as laws, regulations, instructions, etc. related to the industry, and an active role is taken in the legislation creation processes.

Our members are informed about information from official institutions and organizations, legislative changes and current practices through official letters or information meetings.

Opinion requests from official institutions and organizations are created in coordination with the relevant unit and notified to the relevant institution as the Chamber opinion,

Requests from members/professional committees/Board of Directors Working Groups/consultants regarding implementation problems and legislation arising from local and central governments are evaluated and reported by the relevant unit with the approval of the General Secretariat and attempts are made to official institutions.
