It carries out information and training activities for industrialists within the scope of Environmental and Energy legislation, cooperates with the relevant institutions / organizations in solving the environmental and energy-related problems of the members (Professional Committees, Board of Directors Decisions, applications made to the Chamber, etc.), carries out the dissemination of energy efficiency and clean production technologies.

It carries out the activities of the “EBSO Environment Award Competition” in order to encourage industrial facilities with environmentally successful works, organizes sectoral research, projects, organizations and studies in this direction, and takes part as a technical expert in the works of relevant institutions.
